iPod Repair, Trade-Up and Recycling
MacXprts is now offering our customers the ability to either get your old iPod repaired or do a Trade-Up to a new iPod from our store. Depending on the model and condition, you can bring in your old iPod and we will give you $10-$20 towards a new iPod! Only these models qualify: Nano 2nd, 3rd and 4th gen, 5th gen iPod video, 6th gen iPod Classic, iPhones and iPod touches. Water damaged units and unsalvageable units do not qualify for Trade-Up. If you want your iPod repaired you have two options. You can use this Rapid Repair link below to set up directly to get a repair estimate from them or you can come into our store and we can help you get it set up and mailed to them. They will do a free estimate within 24-48 hours of receiving your iPod. If you choose not to do a repair then all you pay is the return shipping.
