Keeping your computer running smoothly and keeping your data safe is very important to us. At MacXprts we offer an inexpensive way for our customers to make sure that their computer is in good working condition with our in store Maintenance Check service.
We also offer a Data Backup service as well. In this day and age of literally thousands of digital photos as well as important files being stored on our computers main hard drive it is even more vitally important to have a back up solution of some sort.
Our Maintenance Service consists of:
1. Hard Drive Optimization.
A seriously fragmented or overcrowded hard drive is one of the most common reasons for slowing computer performance. Our advanced optimization software can improve your computer's performance from 10% to 80% (depending on level of fragmentation, etc.).
2. Full Hardware Diagnostic.
Our technicians will run a full hardware diagnostic check on your computer. This includes (but is not limited to) your computer's motherboard, hard drive, video card, RAM and more. Of course, if you purchased the AppleCare Protection Plan when you bought your Mac repairing or replacing any failed or failing components is FREE.
If you didn't purchase AppleCare but are still eligible, we'll be glad to help you get enrolled.
3. Software Update Check.
Our technicians will make sure ALL of your Apple applications are running
the most recent version of the software which your computer can support.
Further, we will download, install, and configure any and all updates.
